2. Text & Phone Communications

When you give us your phone number or use our site, you agree to let us contact you. This might include automated calls, texts, or pre-recorded messages from us, our partners, or the companies that help us run our business. We might call or text any number you give us, including cell phones. Standard message and data rates from your phone company may apply.

You can opt out of these promotional messages at any time. Just reply STOP to a text, or reach out to our support team at support@flyticketnow.com and we’ll take you off the list.

3. How We Get Paid

Fly Ticket Now may earn a commission when you book a flight through a link on our site or by calling the phone numbers we provide. These commissions help us keep the site running, but they don't make your ticket more expensive.

4. Our Booking Partner

We work directly with RateHawk.com, a major B2B booking platform used by travel agents. Through our partnership (ID: 4869611), we connect you to a massive network of over 400 airlines worldwide. This allows us to:

• Search and book flights in real-time.
• Email your e-tickets directly to you.
• Process your payments safely.
• Provide 24/7 customer support for your bookings.

Keep in mind, every flight is still subject to the specific airline's rules and fare conditions. Fly Ticket Now acts as a travel agent, using RateHawk’s system to handle the booking behind the scenes.

5. Our Limits of Liability

Fly Ticket Now and our partners aren't legally responsible for any damages or headaches caused by:

• Mistakes in flight prices or info;
• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airlines;
• Website outages, bugs, or technical issues;
• Any missed opportunities or losses from using our site.

Your flight booking is always ultimately governed by the airline’s own rules.

6. Outside Links

Our site might have links to other websites. We include them to be helpful, but that doesn't mean we endorse or run those sites. We aren't responsible for what happens on other sites or how they handle your privacy.

7. Prices & Availability

Flight prices change constantly based on how many seats are left, the airline, your dates, and the route. Just because you see a price on our site doesn't mean it will still be there when you go to pay. Prices can go up or down at any second.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

We might update this Disclaimer from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here with an updated date. If you keep using the site after we make changes, that means you're okay with the new terms.
